3. Hotel Reservations

Refunds for hotels are based on the property’s cancellation policy. Some reservations may be fully or partially non-refundable.

4. Service & Transaction Fees

All service and processing fees charged by FlyBooking Ventures are non-refundable once payment is confirmed.

Refunds approved by airlines or hotels are usually processed within 7–21 business days. Bank delays may extend this timeline slightly.

6. No-Show or Incorrect Details

No-show passengers or users who provide incorrect booking details may forfeit eligibility for refunds according to supplier policy.
